         A small example, you are earning 1000 rupees in a day and spend only 100 rupees, then you will get money. And if you spend Rs.1100, you will fall short by Rs.100.

         Exactly the same is the condition of some body, you ate 1000 calorie food in a day, in which fat (also known as fat) protein, ate food rich in vitamins. Didn't do a bit of work that day, sat the whole day and got fired. Even 50% of your calories could not be spent. If this sequence continues continuously, then obesity starts increasing in your body, fat starts accumulating.

      If you have eaten 1000 calories, out of which 90 or 95% calories have been spent by doing hard work or exercising, then you will not become fat, nor will you face the problem of weight loss. And if you spend 100% of the calories, then you can never be a victim of obesity.

     Whatever medicines and treatments you have taken for weight loss, you have not got relief, it cannot even be called the fault of the medicines. Because as long as you kept taking medicines, you got some relief, later again the same condition.

     You are spending less than the calories you are taking in a day, it is a fair thing, you will not be able to lose your weight.

Some simple ways to lose weight.

     The simplest and cheapest remedy for weight loss is fenugreek seeds. Soak half a teaspoon of fenugreek in water in the evening and drink that fenugreek water on an empty stomach in the morning and chew fenugreek and eat it. Unwanted weight of your body will start reducing.

  • Even if you drink lukewarm ajwain water on an empty stomach in the morning, it will help you in reducing obesity.

To make ajwain water, heat 2 glasses of water. Add at least 30 to 40 seeds of celery in two glasses of water. When the water becomes hot, then make the water normal. Drink ajwain water twice a day, it will give you a lot of relief in reducing your weight.

  • If you do not have fenugreek seeds or celery, then just drink lukewarm water as much as possible, it will help a lot in reducing your obesity.
  • If there is no lukewarm water, then just drink as much clean water as you can, it will help you a lot in weight loss.
  • Exercise should be done everyday. Even if you work hard all day, which takes more effort than exercise. But it should be remembered that the matter of exercise is different.
  • If you work hard all day, even if you do not exercise, your weight will be maintained.
  • Exercise should be done with great enthusiasm till the body starts sweating. This will reduce your body fat.
  • Drink lemon water as much as you can in hot weather. The more water you drink, the more your weight will be maintained.
  • Drink honey and lukewarm water. You drink lukewarm water with one spoon of honey in the morning and your weight will be maintained.
  • Eat sweet food in very little quantity. Because eating more sweets leads to obesity.
  • Include fruits, and salads etc. in your diet. Obesity is reduced by fruits and salads.
  • Eat milk, juice, buttermilk, lemon, juicy vegetables etc. with your meals. This improves your obesity a lot.

      Some people do exercise in the morning but there is no benefit in losing weight, this is because.

  • You exercise for show.
  • You exercise only so much that the body does not get tired.
  • You are lazy even in exercise.
  • You exercise for two days and do nothing for four days.
  • You don't just want to make your body sweat during exercise.
